David M. Brewer
David M. Brewer, 51, co-founded
Madison Oil Company in 1993. He was a director and president
of the company
from 1993-2000. Since then, he has been an investor and
entrepreneur. Mr. Brewer formerly was an attorney with
the New York law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore
and Union Pacific Corporation.
