John Mark McLaughlin
Chairman
John Mark McLaughlin, 74, has been an attorney in private
practice in San Angelo, Texas, since 1954. He is president
of Double-M Ranch Ltd., a family-owned Texas limited
partnership and chairman of the board of Texas State
Bank in San Angelo. He was president of Toreador from
1997-1998.
